Head of Trade Marketing Manager

Main Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be developing and drive all channel trade marketing plans in all modern market channels.
Focusing on pos implementation, key customer's partnership and channel profitability management.
Working with both sales and brand teams, you will evaluate brand and trade marketing activities and promotional ROI for this strategic channel.
You will have very specific volume and value targets to meet in this position.
Managing the customer marketing budget, you will identify further opportunities for category growth.
Show leadership and dedication to make TAMs and manage a team of Trade Marketing Manager

The requirements of this position are shown below:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent from respected / reputable University
Min. 5 years of experience in the sales area in FMCG sector, including about 2 years on trade marketing management position
Good leadership, result orientation, good networking and foresight skill
Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Good proficiency in spoken and written English
Very strong leading and interpersonal skill
Experience in building long-term relations with clients
Creative problem solving skills
